Reynaldo “Rey” Lugtu is a veteran in the information and communications technology sector. He has engaged with several companies on digital transformation, helping them in strategy and execution. He is a sought-after public speaker, an accomplished educator, and a journalist and writer. Apart from enabling digital transformation among companies, his expertise includes digital marketing, organization development for digital transformation, strategic planning and management.
He was previously the Head, Solutions Group of Microsoft Philippines. He has held senior posts previously such as Vice President, IT-Enabled Services at Globe Telecom, Country Head of Enterprise at Samsung Philippines, and President and Country Manager of Emerson Network Power.
Rey is Chairman of the SME Market Development of the Foundation of Filipino Entrepreneurs Inc (FFEI), Chairman of ICT Committee of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX), Vice Chairman of ICT Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), and member of the Makati Business Club and Philippine Chamber of Commerce.
He also Professorial Lecturer in the MBA program of De La Salle University where he currently teaches Strategic Management. He is Adjunct Faculty at the Asian Institute of Management. Rey contributes regularly as a business columnist and writer for Manila Times, Manila Bulletin, Business World, The Standard, and the regional magazine CIO Outlook.
He earned his MBA from DLSU where he is also finishing his doctorate. He finished courses in business from INSEAD-Wharton University of Pennsylvania, China Europe International Business School, and Helsinki School of Economics.
Rey manages the Hungry Workhorse Consulting Philippines. He leads the outreach of the company’s digital transformation consulting mandate and its long term strategic growth.

Kay Calpo Lugtu
Chief Operating Officer
Kay is a veteran of the information and communications technology sector. Her areas of expertise include data privacy, digital business strategy, and go-to-market strategies. Having started out her sales and business development career in the Philippines in global and regional tech companies such as IBM, NEC, and Singtel, she moved to Singapore where she lived for over seven years in APAC sales roles for IBM, Oracle, and most recently Tata Communications. She has since moved back to be based in Manila where until recently she was working for BPOI, a leading provider of Finance & Accounting and HR Capital Solutions outsourcing services.
She is also the Deputy Director of Global Chamber Manila. Kay is a graduate of De La Salle University in Manila and is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer. She took her executive education in Singapore Management University; and finished courses in MBA from the De La Salle Professional Schools.
Kay is a partner at Hungry Workhorse Consulting, based in Manila. Her mandate is to help accelerate revenue growth through successful branding, marketing & external communications for the organization.

Vincent has over a decade of experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations Management and CRM/Digital deployments from consulting and corporate environments.
He began his career at Vodafone, where he held diverse functions including Head of Consumer Operations. He continued his career at Philips where he was Service, Quality & CRM manager for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, PM for Asia-Pacific and Director of Global CRM. As a Sr. Consultant, Vincent consulted cross-sector in Global and Regional assignments to several Fortune 500 companies such as Shell, ING, ABN AMRO, AIA, AnheuserBusch-InBev, SingTel, FrieslandCampina and Danone. With a deep understanding of tactical marketing, his speed to execution, understanding of business complexities and ability to work around them, he is extremely valuable to any organization.

Ricson Singson Que
Ricson is a Digital Transformation Strategic Leader with proven information security, data privacy & system architecture experience.
He performed various positions from programmer, project manager, network administration, IT service manager, IT executive, technology evangelist, InfoSec committee chair, up to a digital transformation strategic leader.
He helped various SMBs in retail, personal services, construction, and trading firms on technology projects in strategic, e-commerce, infrastructure, operational, and software development activities.
He is also serving De La Salle University under the College of Business-Decision Sciences and Innovation Department as a professor for technology and innovation courses.
He likewise leads the Strategic Initiative on Digital Transformation for De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Concurrently, he is the Senior Director for the Information Technology Department and Information Security Steering Committee Chairman.
He assisted the Data Protection Officer and served as the Compliance Officer for Privacy (IT Department) of the College.

Drew Guttadore is the Chief Operations Advisor of Peritus Knowledge Services Corporation, a boutique consulting company with a sharp focus on big data analytics and data-driven business programs. He has over 25 years of international experience implementing Analytics, CRM and Decisioning systems and processes
He is accustomed to working in an international environment with delivery experience across APAC, EMEA and the US. His highlights include HSBC in Hong Kong, SMART/PLDT in Manila, Telstra and Foxtel in Sydney, Orange (Group Role) in London and US West/Qwest in Denver.
In his most recent role, as HSBC APAC Programme Lead, he led the implementation of CRM, Digital and Real Time Decisioning projects in Australia and China with technical, business process and commercialization aspects
Some of his career highlights include implementing Real Time Decisioning systems and processes, creating a B2B Analytics system with models and campaigns, and driving an EMEA batch decisioning implementation for outbound campaigns.
Hi finished a BS in Computer Science from Denver, Colorado.
Benj L.C. Encarnacion
Benj L.C. Encarnacion was the former Market Intelligence Head at Nestlé, Philippines - the lead Market for Nestlé in Zone AOA (Asia, Oceania, and Africa) and ranked within the top 10 Markets Worldwide in the Nestlé Group. His functions included Marketing Research, Strategic Planning as well as Communications. Prior to landing at Nestlé, he has had excursions with work at Unilever and IMS Pacific Ltd., a Dun & Bradstreet Company also within the Marketing and Communications realm. Parallel to his participation in Nestlé’s growth, these past decades has seen Benj Encarnacion helping out in supporting the Market & Opinion Research Society (MORES; an affiliate of the European Society of Marketing Researchers - ESOMAR). He has been elected more than five times by his colleagues to the MORES board.
He headed several committees, from increasing quality Membership, refining their Code of Conduct in the Ethics Committee to lining up speakers and programs for their General Membership meetings. Moreover, he was voted in by MORES to be part of updating the Trade Practices & Conduct Committee of the then ADBoard, a Federation of Communications Practitioners. To boot, he headed the Programs Committee of MORES, this saw Mr. Benj as one of those that initiated the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) – MORES AGORA Marketing Research Competition. This collaboration of PMA and MORES is the first ever Marketing Research Competition where Benj was Co-Chairperson. Its success is being considered for launch amongst the Academia in the ASEAN region.
